The problem with the domestic economy is that it is fundamentally less efficient. Fewer economies of scale (eg it would take 10 home cooks in home kitchens to match the output of 1 cook in a commercial kitchen).

OTOH, home economies can produce a lot more variety in massively parallel scale. Higher economies of scope. They could also be strung together into digital assembly lines. What could 10 homebound high-school-education people do using just google docs and messaging for eg?

More subscriptions? Subscription all the things. Then gov't subsidized - a budget of $500/mo, but you have to use it on subscriptions to your barber, nail salon, gym, cafe, ... You get nothing out of it now, but it's a sweet setup once everything's open, as subsidies continue.
