He was planning on selling on Amazon in beginning. And to charge monopolistic prices. If he was just warehousing for the local community ... sure. I'm pretty sure he wanted to make a buck reselling on Amazon, not to ensure a local supply to his neighbors. Not exactly last mile.

We don’t actually know what monopolistic prices are until there’s an actual monopoly. But yeah last mile is a loose way to describe this while he’s distributing through amazon. But now he’ll be last mile locally.
