I need to make a list of "shitty things I haven't yet lived through" and try to move somewhere they can't happen. Serious earthquakes are one thing I could do without experiencing. Those tremors last year were enough. Also, floods, tsunamis, volcanos, music festivals.

In Lithuania we don't have earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, our biggest mountain is 300 meters and all the music festivals have been cancelled.
For Your Consideration.

I have a feeling you'll like Scottsdale for the same reason Alcor did.

Come to Lake Constance ;) Only extremely rare and minuscule earthquakes. Volcano rests inactive for a gazillion years ;) (and nice climate).

been thru a 7.0+ earthquake that leveled a city. had to be a low-key first responder escorting and carrying scared people thru a broken city.
great experience, but skip the quake part if you can.
would love to see a volcano
i'd rather kill myself than experience a Tsunami.

Ireland has few music festivals - none right now - and pretty neatly no other natural hazards.
