Restaurants could sell discounted future coupons. $50 gets you a $75 credit in 12 months or something. Somebody design this app to keep precarious small businesses going.
Most of the risk is in the food handling I think not the other patrons. At least initially.

Interesting. I had always figured it was the other way around. Nowadays I see servers as ferrying germs from one group of patrons to another.

Depends on the restaurant I guess. Remember these are mostly young minimum wage workers with an incentive to keep working and with likelihood of asymptomatic infections
