At home fitness routine suggestions? Body weight only. Two I sometimes do are:
1. Lazy: 10x3 pushups and 10x3 squats, in (1+1)x3 during 3 commercial breaks... during a single tv show streaming episode
2. Less lazy: 2-3 minutes of burpees, as 4-6 sets of 20s on, 10s rest

I have dumbbells but lazy about using them tbf. Prefer barbell at gym. Al so no room in tiny apartment for weight bench.
Kids playgrounds can be very useful. Spending 10 minutes doing 3 sets of chin-ups and 3 sets of pull-ups accomplishes more than 90 minutes of bicep curls and other exercises that focus on limited muscle groups.
