At home fitness routine suggestions? Body weight only. Two I sometimes do are:
1. Lazy: 10x3 pushups and 10x3 squats, in (1+1)x3 during 3 commercial breaks... during a single tv show streaming episode
2. Less lazy: 2-3 minutes of burpees, as 4-6 sets of 20s on, 10s rest

Wall squats: put your back on the wall and bend your knees, keeping your back on the wall. Every 15 seconds, slide your back further down, until your knees are 90°, no further.

I have dumbbells but lazy about using them tbf. Prefer barbell at gym. Al so no room in tiny apartment for weight bench.

Great idea. I didnt start exercising till my mid 30s and i regret not doing it earlier.
I suggest trying to exercise without the tv going. I treat my exercise time as sacred. Perhaps a form of meditation. I try my best to focus on the muscles being engaged along with breathing.
