Stress/relaxation determines how insecure/secure you feel and how big a scarcity/surplus you see in resources That sets a ceiling on how much empathy you are capable of feeling and expressing. Which partly determines how much aggression/harmony you provoke. Which drives stress.

reducing stress is the direct way to tackle but only one. Stress usually results from some upstream system. You can also try to disrupt the upstream system that causes stress rather than relying on 100W healing rays (yes, you tap out of that fast)

for example, a common cause of stress is overcommitment rather than insecurity. De-subscribing from unnecessary tasks is disrupting the upstream system. What's necessary to do of course depends 100% on the source of stress. Which yes is pernicious bc not always understood
