What methods do you use to fall asleep when you’re having trouble doing so?
I use guided meditation, breathing exercises, counting backwards from 1000, or reading nonfiction books, and as a former insomniac, I’m always interested to hear others’ strategies.

Sleep masks work pretty reliably for me. Somehow the fact that I don't need to close my eyes to get complete darkness lets me relax easier!
