at this point i go drill sergeant on their asses. stressful? a bit, but conflict doesn't bother me. an assault on my senses however is not something i will tolerate.

Advice, living in big cities, push the issues with management. High odds they can’t afford to rip/replace tenants like you, and someone will be next, without raising the issue.
