What constraint do you design your life around that might seem silly and easy to override to others but is really hard to violate for you? Eg: being vegetarian, a significant but perhaps comical-to-others phobia etc.

Is vegetarianism an acquired habit or a constraint? Whichever it is isn't grain abstention the same category?

Can be either. I was raised that way and have never eaten meat except a couple of times by accident. So not a consciously acquired habit for me.
