This by @amelapay is great. I can bear witness to travails of living in a too-small space, though her situation is way more extreme. Ours is also 600 sq ft, 2 adults, frequent 3rd (mom-in-law) and 1 cat. She has 2 adults, 3 kids, 1 cat, 1 dog, 600 sq ft.https://www.pamelajhobart.com/blog/how-homes-work …

I’m not sure if you are being ironic?

No, I am being serious. Pamela is working out a solid philosophy of modern families. Not for everybody perhaps, but great for those who opt in to it (which is an increasing fraction of the US, including me and my wife)

Would definitely be good to have couples having 2 non-full-time multiple-sources-of-income flex-lives.... http://webseitz.fluxent.com/wiki/OptimisticNearFutureVision …

Like the idea of middle-class housewifery/househusbandry as a subversive act of solidarity with the less affluent

@amelapay I liked this a lot. This was my motivation to move to my own 1 BR here in SF: I really find that having separate spaces to myself improves my quality of life.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
