Have you been recently reading about it? Happens to me many times. When I read something I see notice more of that online. Partly because I am sensitized to the content, but mainly I suspect the recommendation algorithms think that’s my current taste and give me more of it.

I didn't used to know, I just started reading when it finally seemed interesting to me. But writing that revealed a possibility:

if "trauma" really is just a name for the discrete causes of the vestigial lessons + thwarted development that create problems for us today, then "resolving" it is personal development (and even productivity) ground zero.
