Yea I didn’t have that training data. grew up associating mealtimes and kitchen etc with anxiety and despair and just avoided the whole thing / blocked it out

Something I struggled with early is not knowing which instructions were important. Stove at "medium high"? How do I do that on my stove? What happens if I mistakenly only set it to "medium"? I was always so scared
