Huh, unlike aphantasia I don’t actually get what this no-inner-monologue thing is about. I can do inner verbal thought or turn it off like a radio and go verbally silent as needed. yeah exactly. or narrativizing about how things should have gone down. it took me a long time to see it but struck me as a weirdly antagonistic way to talk to myself, and totally unnecessary
