I think I'm awakening old repressed feelings about the world from when I was a teenager and horrified by everything around me.

I spent my early twenties gaining appreciation for what makes things the way they are. Everything is perfect the way it is, and what matters is to understand what makes it be that way.

Yes – I love that to take this way of thinking seriously, you cannot ever stop. It's an ongoing process of continually tagging ever more frustrating aspects of your experience as "ok," or even "perfect." And where you fail to do so, that's perfect too.
