I think I subconsciously believe something like ‘writing is fake’. It’s linked to the social constructedness of theories, negotiations, identities, communities etc. Hard to prioritize work in this category (persuasion, advocacy) Any idea for how to approach this weird belief?

i was thinking about this a few weeks ago and found some clarity in this little post https://breakingsmart.substack.com/p/talent-genius-and-the-fog-of-intention … fwiw i feel like your writing is particularly *not fake*. i like the way you include pieces of your personal context and story. e.g. in 'Leaving our bodies behind'

There’s open questions: can we create an org structure serving this purpose, to what degree does it already, is it a good idea to try, etc. But that we are trying is tautology, not take.
