Is there a concept like antihormesis where steady, accumulating responses to stressors with insufficient recovery makes you more fragile rather than antifragile? Feels strange that this obvious default case and normal chronic stress response but has no word. Fragilization?

Sometimes there’s no open door to leave the situation and the conditioning is just a shitty situation. Ie actual helplessness. Learned helplessness is a fairly narrow conditioned behavior when you don’t take an obvious way out because of a conditioning signal that’s now gone.
