Mental too. Some of the most critical stuff gets done by nervous wrecks who eventually break down, leading to crises till they can be replaced.

Sometimes, but the majority of the work isn’t that. And the “One guy who saved the world” is incredibly uncommon. when I was younger I would have love the myth of the weak nerd, but I have too much life experience now to believe it.
