The correct way to resolve such paradoxes is with money
You pay people primarily to not bring certain aspects of themselves to a task. All hiring is of partial people. People who work for free unfortunately come in 100% form.

You want someone who thinks mostly like you in a vacuum, then establish a relationship with counteracting roles you each assume (e.g. CEO vs CTO). Environment is key. “Ambition must be made to counteract ambition.”
