Baseline bodily kinesthetic intelligence came hardwired. Always had an easy time picking up movement. That translated to picking up basketball well in HS (gave me strength and athleticism). Wasn’t tall enough so pivoted to dance in college (mobility/agility). Now my back hurts.

The dance pivot turned on a lightbulb — movement fluency can be trained. Your frame/limbs are features not bugs. Quality of movement is more about how well you move with your body than how well you execute steps. Genetics determine pickup/ceiling, but only so much
