About 30 days after I had a transsphenoidal resection of a rare tumor, I had a waking dream where a demon made a deal with me for a good outcome. That was in 2004. No Hell Hounds showed up yet so I assume it was my first one. Once I knew what it was though, yea — there's a ride.
