"Of all the turning points in a life, death begs most for ritual." A great one would provide tools to freely express, connect in, and talk about grief.

Knowing how exactly something works doesn't make it any less mindblowing, awe-inspiring, or magical. Quite the opposite.

Religious or not, we all need a way to make sense of life, to transition through its stages and nature cycles, to honor ancestors, to celebrate, to mourn, to be together. The modern world desperately needs myths and rituals that would be relatable to everyone.

"everyone"?
most systems of myth and ceremony are restricted to individual communities or organizations
Good call. Was thinking mostly about all the people who currently reject ritual as superstition. A single set of rituals certainly wouldn't resonate with everyone, and it shouldn't have to, as long as there's meta language to communicate between different systems.
