collaboration is when you both have a stake in the same thing, bidirectional customer relationship is when I sell you X and you sell me Y, and maybe we reconcile books with low cash deltas, kinda like barter

Also makes me think about the per user pricing model of SaaS companies. To get paid more, they’re incentivized for their customers to grow, which leads to a more collaborative customer relationship
