Trying to choose between Sennheiser PC 8 ($35) and Jabra Evolve 40 ($75) to upgrade my podcasting experiments from the white headphones that came with my iPhone to USB headset mic. Thoughts? https://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-PC-USB-Headset-line/dp/B005HWEZGG …https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ODRSHZ6/

Also considered some pricey noise-cancelling ones that
@SwiftOnSecurity was recommending for like $600 but then decided that was way too much. Ended up buying the $35 sennheiser. I mean the iphone white headphones are almost good enough, so a slight upgrade should do.Show this threadThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

The main virtue of condenser mics is that they look cool.

You're the one who tempted me into buying a "cool" rig 8 years ago that I ended up not using very much at all :D

The evolve are on sale. Someone I know sweared by the evolve, I had the elite 65t. I can speak of Jabra support. Very good.

ATR-2100 USB mic is super easy and great audio for the price. (I realize it's not a headset mic like you mentioned, but it's also not complex. Good audio on lazy mode)
