Do I know any indie game devs? how would you develop a maze navigation style game, but with extremely intricate topology like in mazestructure.com ... game play would be simple movement rules and a simple object-collection element as you go from start to finish.

you misunderstood. Generating the mazes is not the problem. I have mazes that I want to turn into digital experiences, and also a way to easily translate new mazes (human designed) into the game
