I don’t think I’ve seen these 🤔 Not quite able to pattern match this. Seems like a sparser millennial version of boutiques run by older women with more stuff in them.

Okay now that I think of it I’ve been in a store like this on bainbridge island, except run by a woman who appeared to be in her 50s. I didn’t think it was enough of a thing to be a trend. For one thing I don’t see how such stores can be even remotely close to profitable.

Every city’s hip redeveloping urban core has at least one. There are online wholesalers that specialize in getting you all the same type of goods that everyone else has with slight variation.
