I’ve heard “watermelon” for eco-commies. Green outside, red in. There’s an extremely offensive one I won’t repeat involving a brown crust and white insides.
These insults are very dangerous imo. They strip the accused of any right to any identity. Esp for mixed race folks.

I’ll venture they have the luxury of living very far from the source of one of the competing identities.
One kinda (?) playful one is “plátano” for Americans who embrace Caribbean culture.
