Of course, but that’s everything from gonzo-drunkenness to working out to whatever. It’s tautological. There’s just not much reliable correlation between life activities and how you break out of depressive phases.

1. Depression doesn't encompass all mental illnesses. 2. 'Chemical imbalance' is a myth. Outside of medication, I'm curious how you feel you break out of them.
