I wish that people wouldn't give one-size-fits-all blanket advice about mental health. It depends on who *you* are and what *you* need. People are not fungible widgets. Of course, but that’s everything from gonzo-drunkenness to working out to whatever. It’s tautological. There’s just not much reliable correlation between life activities and how you break out of depressive phases.
