If you analyze what you’re doing with too narrow a focus on improvement or growth you might miss simply understanding why it’s in fact the right thing, and letting go anxiety about it

I've been wandering around these woods since your Make Your Own Rules post. The why and self-awareness are easily snared in the Default Mode Network (mind?). Then things morph. Exploratory learning while doing the thing holds things together better than adding 'thinking'
