This is an interesting self-insight for me, since I was in high input mode through ~40. I’ve been in low/zero new input mode for almost a decade now, outside of very focused research. Not madeline navel gazing but out-of-memory error.

What's the answer for someone whose routine seems to have no temporal pattern to it? I tried to answer, but found that my work/leisure/thinking/napping is randomly and evenly distributed across all waking time intervals.
