I’d try this. The sour dosa batter should be a challenging combo with the sweet chocolate. Hmm, I’m overdue for making a batch of batter and I do have chocolate syrup at home.

I expect that’s the inspiration but dosas taste very different. Stuffings are almost always savory. It’s a sour fermented rice and lentil batter. Narrower compatibility with other flavors than the flour-and-egg of crepes.
