Mine would likely be: routinely wasting or walking away from what a lot of people seem to consider huge opportunities/options. A couple of people have claimed that if they had access to the options I seem to, they would have already built an empire. Some get mad at me for that.

Fits the mediocrity shtick I suppose. Pull a vgr = operate at 20% of apparent capacity, though to me it feels more like 80%

Intuitively knowing the really last final final2 deadline for doing something. And doing it exactly by then.
