How can you create tunnel vision on topic X without a specific goal or to-do list? - get rid off all books and media not on topic X - unfollow anyone not usefully focused on X, mute/block if they keep distracting you - discipline yourself to become low-reactor to all not-X

It just feels too tight. Topics aren’t narrow enough to only read on x or only follow people who tweet about x without some idea of your goal or to-do list.

This is how I operate for around 3 months when jumping areas. I enjoy it. And it keeps me, initially, from setting targets and paths that are misguided or based on ignorance. Has been much better and organic vs. traditional goal setting. I understand why, now.
