What is the "keep off my lawn" for millennials (who don't/won't have lawns)? What will be the prized status symbol that is so ubiquitous it becomes a common expression?

This is a good one.
The picture parallels the lawn in the loose connection to the real thing of value (house or experience). But it's the part other people see, so it's overweighted for status.
