Poll: What, in your experiences, has *usually* been the hardest part of doing small but larger-than-individual-scale projects (startup, band, artwork, game, event...)
Everybody is miraculously available and ready at the right time. You only have some hero’s journey reluctance and interpersonal issues to overcome. In real life everybody is busy with some other gig they can’t quit and you don’t have the incentives to make them quit.

So it all comes down to money. Enough money for long enough and you can make people quit their gigs.
