I meant difficulty in assembling the team, not building as a team I see a lot of projects fail simply because the assembly attempt fails. Can’t get the right people together at the right time. Movies like Ocean’s 11 and Justice League make it seem trivial.

Everybody is miraculously available and ready at the right time. You only have some hero’s journey reluctance and interpersonal issues to overcome. In real life everybody is busy with some other gig they can’t quit and you don’t have the incentives to make them quit.
