Ontological humor isn’t absurdity. It creeps right up to the line of absurdity without crossing over. Lewis Carroll was a master of that.

I might have to use that one. I'm laying out a universal dimension addressing system and some dimensions are so arbitrary they just link incompatible units together. Like the floors in a hotel might go B <> L <> 1-12 <> 14-20 <> R
