I can see the value of tabooing the words. I have a specific meaning in mind. How do I reason about what will happen in the future (climate change, geopolitical outcomes, impacts of tech and social movements) well enough to craft good personal strategies

It does, and I will, but I more meant that I've seen, among friends and myself, the depths of untethered searches for deep ways of knowing. And there are times when I wish people would come up at the depth and actually talk about concrete things.
