Mine is playing peacemaker. As a kid I briefly thought I liked it because there’s a certain power-trippy appeal, but it is easily the shittiest, most thankless skill I have to sometimes reluctantly, badly, practice
I only do it when “let them fight” would spill over into my life

Painting. I abhor painting, but it was a big part of lots of summer jobs, and now I've got an apartment building, so I've got to paint rooms or trim or siding multiple times a year.
