Yeah, I’ve been much weaker on that front because what I do is less friendly to that. I think it’s a much bigger factor in broadly marketing-oriented stuff. I see lots of good teams there.
Yeah I buy that - maybe I'll write up my experience there. Some times its as simple as giving others a leg up or an intro to good work but being kind to my network is a part of that growth story for me
