Either my vocabulary is gradually weakening and atrophying because I've reinforced a subset of favorite/much-used words too much or I'm thinking more deep thoughts for which words don't exist I chose to believe the latter

"Conspiracy" might describe it when it actually happens, but as for the conditions that provide fertile ground for conspiracy.. Rigged? Tempting? Colludable (not a real word)? Collusion-prone? Suggestively unaccountable? I'm stumped. Would be a great word to have in the toolbox
