It is totally obvious that we will get to a point where every person has 3-4 coaches for different aspects of their life. A human life has gotten so complex it takes a team to manage one. This is why everyone is becoming a coach and it won’t slow down anytime soon

Yes, the peer part is valuable a s highly scalable. And u learn as much helping a peer as being helped. It was incredibly effective on college study groups.

as an experiment last year, I built a simple iOS chatbot app that checked in with the user everyday after breakfast, lunch and dinner. It asked if you stuck to a low-sugar/carb diet. The act of having to report to a bot helped change behavior.
