I’ve had a few near-miss normal accidents this year that’s put the fear of entangled complexity into me. Came within a hair of extreme clusterfuck.

Strongly advise people to be extra careful during chaotic activity spikes like moving or dealing with a family medical emergency. That’s exactly when you’re also likely to lose bags with documents etc. Compounding snowballing crises.

So sorry! The advice I give myself in demanding medical situations is, manage to your energy not to the to do list. That said, I never seem to be able to take my own advice.

Spoon theory I guess. Though sometimes the minimum must-do list has you running way past empty and then you get sick after the crisis as body crashes.
