“Atemporality” covers the transition out of capitalism proper pretty well (~1974 - 2016). I’m trying to make “multitemprality” happen for 2016 onwards. Industrial Standard Time —> Anomic Standard Time —> Weirding Standard Time.

“Capitalist time” isn’t great since in my view temporality shift preceded, partly caused, and is broader than capitalism-related aspects. Huygens pendulum clock was ~1656. The strong coupling with commerce took ~80y to develop (I date it to Harrison chronometer, 1730s)
