One reason I've fallen off the GTD wagon for a while now is that half-assing the main workflow stuff seems to work well enough for me right now, but otoh, almost all my attention is in the someday/maybe zone where GTD doesn't help much beyond providing a label for the bucket

GTD was invented and marketed by neurotypicals for what they perceive to be the main problem of those with ADHD.

Are you looking for a method to deal with a number of partially formed concepts or hazy ideas? This condition doesn't yield well to tech type management practices but there are some practices in the arts to help.

No, I don’t need methods yet. Making it up as I go along seems to be working well enough.

Eerie man. An hour ago I wrote that I have too many things that are GTD Someday categories but they fall under categories or groups that are not exactly GTD Projects nor are they BASB Areas. Something like ongoing Programs that regularly spawn off projects.

I recommend a system called the Precious Snowflake Method. All the categories have different names that change every month, you do whatever you feel like, and regularly post on Twitter about how unique and special you are

My sense is one gets better results this way. I'd guess most seasoned users of inbox zero actually maintain inbox 5 to 10; GTDers have undone tasks floating around etc

Are you looking for a method for dealing with a number of hazy concepts you want to explore but they are too ill formed for tech-style management techniques to be helpful?
