What kind of exercise is best at clearing brain fog under different conditions? I’ve had varied results with cardio/strength/yoga but can’t detect a pattern

Have you tried bouldering at a climbing gym? Not sure about clearing brain fog, but resets attention (at least temporarily) since the moment you lose complete focus when climbing at your limit you will fall.
