Have you tried bouldering at a climbing gym? Not sure about clearing brain fog, but resets attention (at least temporarily) since the moment you lose complete focus when climbing at your limit you will fall.

Depending on the nature of the fog, different stimulants: caffeine, dopaminergics, modafinil all work on different axes.
