1. Those who try to pick out the “best” solution by making up a definition of “best”.
2. Those who try to figure out n different versions of the problem, each with 1 solution.
Type 2s are the best people 🤣

I've been trying to do type 2 for a while now! I think of it as related to the "repertoire method" for solving recurrences (as seen in Knuth et al's "Concrete Mathematics")
