Are you sure you’re talking about the same thing? Carse is not finite/infinite in the game theoretic sense but a mostly unrelated metaphysical sense.

Technically there’s only one infinite game and attachment to it is simply desire to continue living (or more broadly, remain part of the life process...)

Wait, so...in order to not be mediocre one should engage more in finite games? I tought the ideas was the oposite, lore infinite games in our lifes. Correct as you please, please.

Non attachment to the usual, legible society games (the finite ones) means you appear to be mediocre to those who do play them.
