Shit, I need legit project management for the first time in years. Been coasting on 1-step-look-ahead blithe-spirit workflow for nearly 5 years now. How the hell do you guys do this all the time? Looking more than 1 step ahead is torture.

I like Trello, but not sure if you're asking about tools or process. I think Trello came out of Agile concepts, but I use it as a to do list on steroids.

have tried various saas solutions, but am currently happy with just using 3 lists: monthly, weekly, daily. Stack ranked by design, tasks flow from long term planning to short term execution

For strategic project management, PRINCE2+PMP, but PRINCE2 runs circles around PMP!
